Please verify that the recipient will be at the designated location during your appointment time and that the establishment will allow a singing telegram to be delivered, prior to booking. Full payment is due at the time of booking and can be paid by check, cash or credit card, via paypal. Cancellation policy: cancellations more than 10 days prior will receive a full refund. Cancellations between 4 and 10 days prior will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 3 days of scheduled appointment will receive no refund. |
